Bulk Tanker Product Shippers & Carriers Should Use the DAT Load Board

Help BiGTruckPartsUSA.com to build a robust tanker truck community on DAT and create more business opportunities for shippers, carriers, and dispatchers.

I was recently made aware of the fact that we in the tanker transport industry are not actively participating on the online load boards such as DAT, TruckStop, Uber Freight, JBHunt, and a ton more now.  We have been left behind and it is time to change that, starting with BiGTruckPartsUSA.com and it's customer base.

I did my homework on all of the major and not-major online freight load boards and decided to team up with DAT for a couple of key reasons:

  • Ease of use: it is not hard to learn how to use the DAT load board's features and you can get setup and on to business in the same session.
  • High end user satisfaction: I viewed a lot of end user videos of people who posted independently of DAT and the common thread was the ease-of-use aspect.
  • Ability to get loads going-and-coming: people like the ability to find loads and maximize the use of their equipment.
  • Affordable: The pricing is affordable and especially so if you handle your own dispatching or do some side business and dispatch for others too.

Let's build a robust tanker truck community on DAT

In order to build a robust tanker truck community on DAT, prospective shippers and carriers need to "buy-in" and create active accounts on the load board:

  • Carriers: need to join DAT and maintain their accounts so Shippers will participate. Recruit Carriers to DAT so they can compete for your loads.
  • Shippers: need to join DAT so active Carriers can compete for loads, win, receive payment, on a repeatable basis.  Also, recruit Shippers to the DAT board to increase your business opportunities.
